PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Real Estate taxes for the full year 2019-2020 are due and payable on June 1st, 2019 and are payable without penalty to July 1st, 2019 to:  James Loeffler, Receiver of Taxes at the Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, P.O. Box 708, Lake Grove, N.Y. 11755, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM or may be paid by mail on or before July1st, 2019.

The full amount of the Real Estate Tax for the full year must be paid at one time.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove to consider the application of James J. LaRocca, 7 Cobblestone Lane, Lake Grove, New York 11755 for amendment to restrictive buffer pursuant to Filed Map, “Map of White Birch Estates”, date filed, August 5, 1996 of to allow for existing pool, retaining wall, shed and clearing as shown on survey dated October 15, 2018.
