NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING CHAPTER 170 VEHICLES, COMMERCIAL OF THE LAKE GROVE VILLAGE CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York on a proposed Local Law of 2025 the title of which is “Local Law of 2025” a Local Law Amending Chapter 170 of the Lake Grove Village Code; and which local law amends Chapter 170-2 Vehicles, Commercial of the Lake Grove Village Code to adopt or amend regulations regarding Commercial Vehicles in the Village of Lake Grove.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
