NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove to consider the site plan application of the land owner, Steel Lake Grove LLC, 999 South Oyster Bay Road, Suite 200, Bethpage, New York 11714 for the proposed action for the redevelopment  of former Sears and Sears Auto Center with the modification of the existing exterior of the building to make the building ready for office/medical uses.
