INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE GROVE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to provisions of Article IX, Section 175-62 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove, a public hearing will be held at the Village Meeting Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, Lake Grove, New York, on Wednesday, March 4, 202,6 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application:

Case #26-01 Frank Ilvento residing at 32 Sankey’s Path, Lake Grove, New York requests variances from Article III, Section 175-14 Accessory Buildings and Structures to maintain an existing frame shed (11.4’ x 8.1’) where it is required that no building or structure shall be built less than 5‘ from any side or rear lot line and 4.6’ from the side lot line is existing,  requesting a .4’  variance and Section 175-14 Accessory Buildings and Structures to also maintain an existing shed (12.1’ x 16.4’) where it is required that no building or structure shall be built less than 5’ from any side or rear lot line and 3’  from the side lot line is existing, requesting a 2’ variance.
