NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to 175-112 of the Code of the Village of Lake Grove, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, to consider the following:
Applicant Cynthia Lepore has applied to the Board of Trustees for a special permit to house chickens in a residential district at 21 Olive Street, Lake Grove, New York, 11755.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
