NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: AMENDING CHAPTER 175 ZONING OF THE LAKE GROVE VILLAGE CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York on a proposed Local Law of 2026 the title of which is, “Local Law of 2026 a Local Law Amending Chapter 175 of the Lake Grove Village Code”, and which local law amends Sections 175-10 Lot Area and 175-14-1 Illegal Multifamily Housing of the Lake Grove Village Code to adopt or amend regulations regarding Illegal Multifamily Dwellings, and Lot Area, Width & Frontage in the Village of Lake Grove.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
