Notice of Public Hearing: Zoning Board of Appeals
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Article IX, Section 175-62 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove, a public hearing will be held at the Village Meeting Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, Lake Grove, New York on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application:
Case #26-13 Tiffany and Ricardo Reimers, residing at 39 Twisting Drive, Lake Grove, New York 11755 requests a variance from Article III, B Residence I District, Section 175-9 Building Area, to construct an inground swimming pool (18’ x 36’ with 10’ x 10’ L) where the total building area shall not exceed 20% of the total lot area or 2,236 square feet and 26% or 2,898 square feet is proposed, requesting a 6% or 662 square feet variance. Said property is located east side of Twisting Drive 362.64’ north of Trim Lane.
