PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING CHAPTER 175 ZONING OF THE LAKE GROVE VILLAGE CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday October 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York on a proposed Local Law of 2026 the title of which is, “Local Law of 2026 a Local Law Amending Chapter 175 of the Lake Grove Village Code”, and which local law amends Sections 175-10 Lot Area and 175-14-1 Illegal Multifamily Housing of the Lake Grove Village Code to adopt or amend regulations regarding Illegal Multifamily Dwellings, and Lot Area, Width & Frontage in the Village of Lake Grove.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
