PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday December 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of TMA Realty Development, LLC for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by TMA Realty Development, LLC to the Board of Trustees for a special permit for parking in B residence 1 along with a commercial structure and business encroaching 15 feet into B residential, from adjoining J Business 2 located at 3067 Middle Country Road, Lake Grove, New York (SCTM # 208-013-03-008)
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
