PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of HV, LLC dba Circus Vazquez, for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by HV, LLC dba Circus Vazquez, to the Board of Trustees for a Special Permit to host an outdoor Acrobatic Circus at Smith Haven Mall from April 24 through May 11, 2026. This event will take place on the northwest corner of Middle Country Road and New Moriches Road, Lake Grove, New York.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
