PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of Bloom Boutique NY, Inc. (a.k.a. Bloom & Brew) for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by Bloom Boutique NY, Inc. (a.k.a. Bloom & Brew) to the Board of Trustees for a Special Permit for a Non-Conforming use to serve and consume wine on the premises, which is located at 3205 Middle Country Road, Lake Grove, New York.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
