NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of C & B Realty #2, LLC for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by C & B Realty #2, LLC to the Board of Trustees for a Special Permit for an oversized ground sign, located at Smith Haven Plaza, New Moriches Road & NYS Route 347, Lake Grove, New York.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
