PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday November 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of C & B Realty #2, LLC for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by C & B Realty #2, LLC to the Board of Trustees for a Special Permit for an oversized building sign for the retail store Nordstrom Rack, located at 2041 Smith Haven Plaza, Lake Grove, New York.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
