PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to provisions of Article IX, Section 175-62 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove, a public hearing will be held at the Village Meeting Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, Lake Grove, New York, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Case #26-05, Crystal Lundstrum, residing at 50 Walnut Street, Lake Grove, New York request a variance from Article III, B Residence 1 District, Section 175-9 Building Area to construct a 16’ x 32’ inground swimming pool and a 10’ x 18’ shed where the total building area shall not exceed 20% of the total lot area or 1,600 square feet and 30% or 2,395.8 square feet is proposed, requesting a 10% or 795.8 square feet variance.  Said property is located at 50 on the west side of Walnut Street, 300 feet south of Magnolia Avenue. Case #26-06, Ryan Foley, residing at 79 Forest Avenue, Lake Grove, New York, requests a variance from Article XV, General Provisions, Section 175-98B. Swimming Pool, to install a 16’ x 20’ semi inground swimming pool in the front yard, 18.2 feet from the property line on Greenway Terrace, where no outdoor swimming pool shall be situated in the required front yard.
