PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE GROVE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A LOCAL LAW OF 2024 AMENDING CHAPTER 168 ARTICLE III, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue, Lake Grove, New York at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024 regarding a Local Law of 2024 Amending Chapter 168 Article III, Vehicles and Traffic
The title of the Local Law is “Local Law of 2024” a local law amending Chapter 168 Article III Through Highways; Stop and Yield Intersections, Stop Intersections.
The purpose of the Local Law is to amend the regulations in the noted Chapter to
modify the language and provisions of the vehicles and traffic for stop signs at intersections.
At said public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
