A state of emergency has been declared ahead of anticipated heavy snow and blizzard conditions from Sunday morning through Monday evening.

Forecast models indicate significant snowfall, strong winds, and dangerous whiteout conditions that could make travel extremely hazardous.

Please remember:

• Keep all vehicles off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
• Remove sports equipment, portable hoops, goals, and other items from streets and roadways
• Charge devices and prepare for possible power outages
• Stay indoors whenever possible.

Conditions are expected to worsen Sunday night into Monday, with the potential for extremely difficult and dangerous travel.
