NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York, regarding the application of C & B Realty #2, LLC for a Special Permit as follows:
Application by C & B Realty #2, LLC to the Board of Trustees for a Special Permit for an oversized ground sign, located at Smith Haven Plaza, New Moriches Road & NYS Route 347, Lake Grove, New York.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York on a proposed Local Law of 2025 the title of which is “Local Law of 2025” a Local Law Amending Chapter 170 of the Lake Grove Village Code; and which local law amends Chapter 170-2 Vehicles, Commercial of the Lake Grove Village Code to adopt or amend regulations regarding Commercial Vehicles in the Village of Lake Grove.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Grove will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Grove Village Hall, 980 Hawkins Road, Lake Grove, New York on a proposed Local Law of 2025 the title of which is “Local Law of 2025” a Local Law Amending Chapter 142 of the Lake Grove Village Code; and which local law amends Chapter 142 Signs Permitted in Business and Industrial Districts of the Lake Grove Village Code to adopt or amend regulations regarding signs permitted in the Village of Lake Grove.
At said Public Hearing, all interested persons will be allowed to be heard.
